There is no doubt that I realize the complexity of preparation for IELTS. But I am convinced that some practices work better than others and the desired score can be achieved if you complete all the tasks you have to do.

All 4 Modules of the test are covered.

Module Breakdown

Listening 6 Hrs
Reading 6 Hrs
Writing Task 1-12 Hours
Writing Task 2- 12 Hours
Speaking 9 -12 Hours based on the Knowledge of the student

A Student can do all 4 Modules or can choose the Modules s/he finds it difficult.

A Comprehensive TWO Hour Grammar Test will be done on the First day to help the student to know his/her level of Grammar and Vocabulary to identify the areas for improvement. A sound knowledge of Grammar is essential to obtain a good band score in Both Writing and Speaking Modules.

Listening and Reading papers will be discussed in the Class to guide the student to find the correct Answers. This is an area Many students struggle because in most of the classes only answers are given once the paper is done without discussing how to find the correct answers. Afterwards more papers will be given for students to practice at home.

* Special techniques in fast and effective reading

A Comprehensive guidance on how to write effectively with adequate examples for Task 1 and Task 2

For Example Task 1-Pie charts, Bar Charts, Line Graphs,Tables,maps ,Diagrams

General Task 1-Informal/Formal Letters

Essays-All types –advantages/disadvantages, discuss both views, Problem solution, Agree/Disagree

All Writing questions (both Task 1 and 2) will be corrected Word to Word including spellings as per the Exam marking scheme. This is essential because without writing corrections a student will not be able to identify his/her mistakes

* one to one speaking covering all three parts of the speaking Test(30-50 topics based on the students requirement) Grammar mistakes in Speaking will also be corrected with value additions.
After the student speaks, A model speech and answers will be given for two minute speech and short/follow up questions.
Two /Three mock tests before the examination

* In-class room tasks for all Modules

* An Adequate number of Printed test papers (Mock/Past papers) will be provided (35-40 Papers)

* Covers essential grammar & vocabulary terms

* Printed Model Letters and Model Essays book (with over 100 Letters and Essays will be given)

Printed Handouts/papers will be provided for online classes as well.

In Person sessions can be arranged based on the requirement and distance from Colombo under certain circumstances ( Applying for a Scholarship or an urgent Work Visa)
