• විනය ක්රියාමාර්ග ගැනීම සඳහා බලය ලැබෙන මූලාශ්ර (කොන්ත්රාත්තුව, ස්ථාවර නියෝග, සාමූහික ගිවිසුම්)
• ශ්රී ලංකා කම්කරු නීති රාමුව (කාර්මික ආරවුල් පනත, TEWA, වෙළඳසැල් හා කාර්යාල පනත)
• ස්වාභාවික යුක්තිය පිළිබඳ මූලධර්ම
2. විනය විරෝධී හැසිරීම හඳුනාගැනීම
• විනය විරෝධී හැසිරීම vs. දුර්වල කාර්යසාධනය vs. නොහැකියාව
• ප්රධාන (Major) සහ සුළු (Minor) විනය විරෝධී හැසිරීම
• ප්රධාන වරදවර්ග: නොපැමිණීම, අවංකභාවයේ අඩුව/සොරකම, අණට කීකරු නොවීම, හිරිහැරකිරීම්, IT/දත්ත උල්ලංඝන, රාජකාරියෙන් පිටත හැසිරීම්
