Unfamiliarity with mathematical logic.
In the traditional classrooms, these issues are not properly addressed. As a result, only 12% of students excel while 82% underperform.
However, activity-based teaching methods can address these gaps. These approaches are widely used overseas but not yet common in Sri Lanka.
Currently, the Ministry of Education pilots activity-based math teaching in selected schools, under its General Education Modernization Project (2019-2024).
As a graduate teacher influenced by this pilot project, I'm excited to offer a special class designed to tackle these challenges:
Lessons are exclusively activity-based to cater to diverse learning styles.
Concepts are taught from the ground up.
Regular tutorials with gradually increasing difficulty ensure students become adept at mathematical logic.
