අපි හැමෝම දන්නවා ඉංග්‍රීසි කියලා කියන්නේ විෂයකට එහා ගිය දෙයක්.
හරියටම කියනවා නම් භාෂාවක්.
ඉතින් අපි කොහොමද භාෂාවක් ඉගෙන ගත යුත්තේ?
-අපි භාෂාව කතා කළ යුතුයි.(speaking)
