ආදරණීය සිසුනි,

මම පාලින්ද මධුභාෂණ, නවලෝක රෝහලේ මෘදුකාංග ඉංජිනේරුවරයෙකු වන අතර, මාහට වසර පහකට වැඩි ඉගැන්වීම් පළපුරුද්දක් තිබෙනවා. මම ප්‍රධාන වශයෙන් ICT (තොරතුරු හා සන්නිවේදන තාක්ෂණය) සඳහා විශේෂඥයෙකි. මගේ ප්‍රධාන අරමුණ වන්නේ ශිෂ්‍යයාගේ දැනුම් මට්ටම අවබෝධ කරමින්, ඔවුන්ට ලෙහෙසියෙන් සහ සතුටින් ඉගෙන ගත හැකි පරිදි ඉගැන්වීමයි.

මම අරමුණු කරන්නේ පන්ති අවසන් කිරීම වෙනුවට, ශිෂ්‍යයාට තේරුම් ගැනීමට අවශ්‍ය කාලය ගනිමින් ඉගැන්වීමටයි. තාක්ෂණය හා සැබෑ ජීවිතයේ ආදර්ශ භාවිතයෙන්, මා විසින් විෂය තේමාවන් තවත් රසවත් සහ ප්‍රායෝගික කර ඉගැන්වීම සිදුකරයි.

එක් එක් ශිෂ්‍යයා දැනුම අත්කරගන්නා අන්දම වෙනස් වන අතර, මම එම වෙනස්කම් හඳුනාගනිමින්, ඔවුන්ගේ අවශ්‍යතාවයන්ට ගැලපෙන ලෙස මාගේ ඉගැන්වීම් ක්‍රමය වෙනස්කර ඉගැන්වීම සිදුකරයි.

මතක තබා ගන්න, දැනුම ඔබට ඇති විශිෂ්ටතම ආයුධයයි, සහ සෑමවිටකම ඔබට අලුතින් ඉගෙන ගැනීමට යමක් ඇත.

I believe in going beyond just teaching the material I focus on helping students truly understand it. I use technology and real-life examples to make lessons more interactive and relevant.
